Mères avec pouvoir has 30 subsidized housing units (by the Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal -OMHM-) in a safe environment available to participants. Inter-Loge is the owner of these units.

These transitional housing units (designed to support the participants' move towards autonomy) are divided among three buildings overlooking a secure interior courtyard. Each unit has two bedrooms.

Created as part of Volet III of the AccèsLogis program of the Société d'habitation du Québec, these are transitional housing units for the participants. Their rent is equal to 25% of the household income. For example, a participant receiving social assistance (last resort measure) pays a monthly rent of approximately $278 (including electricity).

A participant's stay lasts three years. At the end of the three-year period, the resident may request an extension from an ad-hoc committee that is formed to review these cases. The request is evaluated according to the mother's specific situation.
